The Sentinum City Archaeological Research Project (SCARP) is a collaboration between Hiram College, the Kansas City Art Institute, the town of Sassoferrato, Italy and the Soprintendenza Archeologia, Belle Arti e Paesaggio per le Province di Pesaro e Urbino e Ancona.
As the project gets underway we'll share more exciting information about our research, excavation results, multimedia data, and field life. In the meantime, please learn about our second excavation season in July 2026. Stay tuned!
